Various extracts on DPPH radical scavenging ability of pollen, gingko, propolis, bamboo, radix puerariae, lemon, orange, Chinese wolfberry, definite pieces, poria cocos, fructus schisandrae, which are rich in flavonoids extracts (pollen, ginkgo, propolis, bamboo, puerarin, etc.) have a strong ability to remove DPPH free radicals and the dose effect relationship. In bee products, rapeseed bee pollen extract and refined propolis had the same strong antioxidant effect, and pollen extract had better DPPH free radical scavenging activity than propolis.
