Vitamin B1 Mono, Thiamine, or Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin of the B complex. Thiamine is used in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). In yeast, TPP is also required in the first step of alcoholic fermentation. All living organisms use thiamine, but it is synthesized only in bacteria, fungi, and plants. Animals must obtain it from their diet, and thus, for us, it is an essential nutrient. Insufficient intake in birds produces a characteristic polyneuritis.
Function:
1) Treatment of congenital hypofunction of metabolism.
2) Prevent and treat vitamin B6 deficiency.
3) Supplement to patients who need to consume more vitamin B6.

Application:
It can be added as a nutritional supplement to rice, wheat flour, bread, noodles, soybeans, milk products, margarine, cake, soft beverages, and jam.
